It's a shame that the levels start lagging quite a lot when you put as much pieces as in that one for example :/ You could make a lot more complicated levels if it wouldn't. That's a design issue I hadn't considered before. I am lucky enough to have 10Mbps/sec access, and only have lag issues with ...

Mouzi's - Art Part 2 http://zetaflow.skylogic.ca/ZetaFlow.php?ID=3347 Another really nice art level that appears to incorporate the straight line concepts from this forum entry: http://zetaflow.skylogic.ca/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=69 It's interesting how a single element multiplied many times can devel...

Ratings Question

When rating a level, it appears that a star is divided into quarters. Is that actually what is going on? Am I really selecting in 1/4 increments?

How Many Lives Are Right

I've played a number of levels that I would have rated higher if it weren't for one factor. The designer only gave me one life. It never ceases to amaze and annoy me when I come across a level that initially has visual appeal and challenging play but only one life, when it clearly will require more....

I'm looking forward to a system that weeds out the unplayable levels, perhaps putting them into a seperate list or disallows ratings until it has been beaten . Preventing a level from being saved unless beaten by the author is another good filter that has been mentioned already. I like the part abo...

Hey Redsatori - It has gotten so boring in the gallery that I decided to read all the messages in the forum :-) Your quote drove me to google Shin-Chan, and I came across the following link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0245612/quotes Unfortunately Netflix doesn't have the movie but it sure sounds li...

Hey Geiss - You posted before I could get my screenshot to my website and my update posted here :-) This is probably the only "secret move" I've discovered in Zeta Flow. I haven't designed any levels and I'm not sure how much that impacts my understanding of the mechanics of the gameplay.

Thanks swartzer... and I agree with your theory about how it would work on a moving level. It's probably a rare occasion that you have the opportunity to use this technique. At any rate, I found the level and got the screenshot. This level is: http://zetaflow.skylogic.ca/ZetaFlow.php?ID=2007 http://...

I think you covered all the techniques that I use Geiss. I've run into levels without moving objects where, if I'm positioned near the missle launcher correctly, the missles will actually loop around me and go off-screen without hitting me, while I fire away at the launchers. I can't remember the na...

In hindsight, I may have cast my vote for the wrong choice. I voted Auto Aim - Mouse Move. In reality I use a trackball. An old corded Logitech TrackMan Marble FX to be specific. I'm truly going to miss it when/if it ever dies.

Since I have played every level at least once, and the better ones a lot more than that, I thought I would stick my two cents in and offer my suggestions and feedback. I love this game!!!! -Make the forcefields optionally invincible through scripting, not automatically as they are now. -Improve my a...
