Growing and shrinking

Mouzi has been making some of the best art and tutorial levels in the Gallery. However, one level really stands out: "Resizing (example)". Of the many levels I Have played this is the only level I have seen growing and shrinking in. How is this done!?

I believe he made many cores of different sizes, rotating around a center thing VERY fast. An awesome idea, from an awesome designer.

Yeah, that's true. I have already posted the "source code" of that level here, if you want to see how it was done :)
