LOL... You're not the first person who has done that. Go back in the channel with a different name and get another op to get you unbanned.

Most likely you're DHCP, so unless you have a static IP, you could try shutting you machine down for 15 minutes and hope you get a new IP assigned when you login again. If you have a router, make sure you turn its power off too.
