Gallery update

The speed and size of the gallery was getting quite out of hand, so the new one has pagination and much faster sorting (sorting is done server-side, rather than client javascript). You can also show one user's levels by typing in their name or by clicking on their name.

Just made a quick change to the gallery, now any level with 0 wins will show up as "undefeated" instead of 0%, and levels where the success rate was rounding to 0% now rounds to 2 decimal places for further clarity.
