For those that don't know what RSS is, RSS provides a convenient way to receive updates on new information (forum posts in this case). These are commonly used in blogs.

You'll need an RSS reader to take advantage of it. Personally, I use Google Reader because I like to access it from any browser, but there are also desktop applications available, newer browsers come with RSS readers too (Opera, Firefox, IE, etc).
