Actually, I don't mind this so much; even though the core has a twinrapid gun, you don't have to dodge it for long because its destruction is triggered by the destruction of the ball enclosing it. This makes it significantly quicker, yet still a challenge. I wish everybody who ended with a little core used this tactic.

Also, interesting visual design.
