Wow... It looks great and will hammer you.
This is a killer... literally. It takes a few plays to figure out what the mechanics are. So don't get discouraged, and be prepared to play this repeatedly!

I also stumbled upon the same issue that Mouzi had with his "Just a level" level where the parts seem to dislodge after they've moved.

I found a solution to it, which is instead of stopping the rotation, you simple cancel it out with another counter rotation!
